Echelon Apartments welcomes your Cat or Dog, but requests the following guidelines be followed: Pets are restricted to two (2) in your Apartment Home. Any combination of cats and/or dogs are welcome. All Pets must be approved by the Management Team and must adhere to the Breed Restrictions. The following dog breeds are RESTRICTED: Rottweiler, Pitt Bull, Chow, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Mastiff, Wolf or any derivative mixed breeds. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your Apartment Home. Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets. Please check with the Management Team to confirm applicable pet fees and monthly pet rents. Please note that building #9801 is Pet-Free. Dogs will require a DNA Screening fee for PooPrints.
